Diana has been serving clients in the financial industry since 1999 after being tirelessly recruited by one of her aunts, who was looking to retire. Her background was in legal, safety and human resources, which gave her a good introduction into retirement plans. Her willingness to learn and friendly attitude ensures a positive experience for our South Valley clients. Diana encompasses an old-fashioned work ethic, instilled in her by her parents. She has a knack for making people feel comfortable, which is valuable, since she is in constant contact with our clients in the Bakersfield area handling numerous requests daily. Diana handles administrative and compliance matters and offers tremendous client service. Aside from her impeccable customer service skills, Diana has a huge heart for giving back and often volunteers with Optimal Hospice as well as with the two churches she attends.
